Information in the User Guide (Help Center)

Whether you are a climber or a B2B Partner of NIVA, in these pages (also accessible from the main website menu) you will find all the main information to make the best use of the app (and the related web-app, when necessary).

You will find details of the various functions available and the step-by-step guide to carry out all the main operations independently .

If you need further assistance you can use one of the options below.

GAI chatbot + human agent

Generative AI Chatbot (another level!)

Our Generative AI -based Chatbot can answer all the main questions and curiosities about NIVA, and can solve almost all normal use problems . In fact, it is able to access all the information in the Help Center, understand your request or problem, identify the optimal solution and respond to you (much faster than a human operator would).

You can access the GAI Chatbot 24/7 from any page of the NIVA website, including the Bio pages, and from this Help Center.

However, if your request is so specific that it is not included in the Help Center, then the GAI Chatbot will not be able to help you: you can then ask for assistance from a human operator by clicking the 3 dots at the top right of the chat started with the GAI Chatbot .

Human agent

When you don't find the answers you are looking for in the Help Center and the GAI Chatbot is not able to answer you , you can ask for assistance from a human operator by clicking the 3 dots at the top right of the chat started with the GAI Chatbot .

However, keep in mind that our team is very small and it is therefore possible that we are unable to provide immediate assistance via chat: your request will be forwarded to our Help Desk and we will do everything we can to help you as soon as possible.

For more standard requests and problems, however, we suggest you use our GAI Chatbot or the Help Center because they are much faster ways to immediately obtain a lot of the information you may need.
