1. Open the app or login page

Open the web app
2. Enter Email / Username
⚠️ NB
- If you had already created the account in the past on Climby you must use the USERNAME: if you don't remember it, you can search for the last email received from Climby or reset your password (see below) so that you receive a new email where it is indicated also the Username
- If you created the account in Fjello or directly in NIVA, you must use the email to log in
3. Enter your Password

- If you don't remember your password you can request a reset using Username or Email (see next section)
Recover your password
1. Open the login page
2. Enter Username or Email in the “Username” field
⚠️ NB
- If you enter the wrong username or email when you try to reset the password from the app, a pop-up will appear warning you that there has been an error ("An error occurred"): if you do not remember at least one of these two details exactly, for security reasons you cannot reset the password.
3. Click on “Password reset”
4. Check your email inbox (address used in Point 2)
⚠️ NB
- Email can take up to 2 minutes to arrive (usually arrives within 1 minute)
- Also check your SPAM folder as it is sometimes considered junk mail by some providers
- Some email providers completely block the arrival of the email, so it is better NOT to use certain addresses: for now it has only happened with iCloud mail
5. Set your password
- If you started the procedure from the web apps: use the link in the email
- If you started the procedure from the apps: use the OTP code in the email
✅ Tip
- Save the password in your phone's browser so it will be easier to log in to the app/web-app later
